As November passes into December in Minnesota, the excitement of the holidays brings to mind thoughts of freshly falling snow, frost on windows and the smell of cider simmering on the stove. Snow on the pines, horses in their winter blankets pulling sleighs… these images make traveling through the countryside one of our favorite places to be.
